Madhya Pradesh Madhyam, the only Multimedia Mass Communication Agency of its kind in the Public Sector came into existence in 1983, headed by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh as its ex-officio Chairperson.

Madhyam is an autonomous organisation providing turnkey Communication Solutions in the Social Development Sector. Functioning under the Department of Public Relations, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Madhyam has the Minister for Public Relations, Government of Madhya Pradesh as its ex-officio Vice Chairperson and the Commissioner, Public Relations, Government of Madhya Pradesh as its ex-officio Managing Director.
